Nokia C5 is now available in India at the price tag of Rs 7,999 only. The C5 is powered powerful ARM 11 processor that runs at 600Mhz and with 128MB of RAM and run on top of Symbian OS version 9.3 operating system. It comes with messaging and social networking features.  It also comes packing free walk and drive navigation courtesy of Ovi Maps and is ready for messaging with Nokia Messaging built in.

It has a 3.15 megapixel camera complete with an LED Flash and video recording support. Videos can be recorded at VGA resolution at 15 fps. Video recording formats 3GPP; codecs: H.263, MPEG-4 are also supported. MP4, 3GPP, AVI; codecs: H.263, H.264 and MPEG-4 are supported as video playback formats. Nokia C5 support MP3, WMA, AAC, eAAC, eAAC+ audio formats and Stereo FM radio (87.5-108 MHz/76-90 MHz), RDS.

Nokia C5 comes with Nokia Web Browser with Mini Map and XHTML, WAP 2.0, TCP/IP, JavaScript ,Flash LIte 3.0,RSS Feeds , Video streaming, Nokia Mobile Search support. You can also discover, download, and install add-on applications and widgets from Ovi store.

Nokia C5 comes with a wide range of offering for Email and Messaging support .Nokia Email client (SMTP, IMAP4, POP3), MMS, SMS (OMA 1.2) ,OMA email notification support and support for Email attachment.  Nokia C5 supports multiple SMS deletion, Audio SMS , Common inbox for SMS and MMS messages and Message reader (SMS and email with high quality text-to-speech) .

The Nokia C5 boasts a cool new feature in its phone book, where you can see your friends status updates directly from Facebook. You can also update your Facebook status easily and share your location with Ovi Maps 3.
