Mozilla announced that is preparing to release a browser-oriented tablet iPad. That is, it intends to offer an alternative to “native” browser Safari. The new project is still in development and was named Junior, it is based on the engine, Web-kit. The company’s goal is to make web-surfing on the tablet as convenient and enjoyable.
The new browser, at least at this stage, has a very simple interface, which is on the main page does not include the tab bar, address bar and search bar, but provides two buttons – “back” (under the thumb of his left hand) and “plus” (under the right thumb). The “Plus” allows access to recently visited sites, bookmarks, and the input panel URL / search. In addition, Junior is working in full screen mode.
