Samsung India launched two new affordable Android based Smartphone in Indian market called Samsung Galaxy 3 and Galaxy 5. Samsung Galaxy 3 & 5 enjoy powerful connectivity through ALLSHARE. Samsung Galaxy 3 comes with preinstalled ThinkFree Office Mobile. which lets the user create, view and edit word documents, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. With the File Manager in ThinkFree Office feature consumers can organize the documents with ease. Samsung Galaxy 3  is powered by Google Android operating system With a 3.2” WQVGA 16M TFT hi –resolution screen, the Galaxy 3 has a youthful design has a 3MP auto focus camera and a wi-fi connectivity speed of upto 74mbps. The phone comes with a 1500 mAH battery and an internal memory of 130MB which is further expandable to 32GB. The mobile is also compatible with all movie files with multi codec support and plays DivX, Xvid, MPEG4, Real and WMV movie files. Users can also enjoy music with a simplified music list and player.

Samsung Galaxy 5 is powered by Android operating system and has 2.8 inch QVGA TFT screen and a 2MP fixed focus camera. For connectivity options, phone comes with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and has 3G HSDPA with speeds up to 7.2 mbps.3.5 mm Ear jack, FM radio and A-GPS are some other features of Samsung Galaxy 5 smartphone. The 90 MB internal of the phone memory is further upgradeable to 16GB. The Samsung Galaxy3 (I5801) is priced at Rs.10,200.
